Bliss was founded by Dr. Foo, a female doctor with over 10 years of hospital-based women's health clinical experience. Driven by a passion for women's health and a belief that every woman deserves to be heard, understood and cared for, she established Bliss as a welcoming space where women of all ages and backgrounds feel safe discussing their health.
